Appointment Policy

Because Your Time (and Ours) Matters ✨

All services at The Sparkle Bar are by appointment only, and each one is thoughtfully reserved to give you the full sparkle experience.

To help us honor your time and ours, please take note of the following:

  • Early & Late Appointments:
    Appointments scheduled before 9 AM or after 6 PM will incur a $30 extended hours fee. This non-refundable fee will be added to your total and ensures our artists are compensated for their flexibility.

  • Running Late?
    We get it—life happens. If you're more than 10 minutes late, you'll be marked as a no-show. While we’ll do our best to adjust your service, we reserve the right to modify or shorten your appointment based on artist availability and timing.

  • Deposits:
    Starting May 1, all appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your service total. For on-location services, a deposit is always required.

  • Cancellations + Same-Day Changes:
    We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. This policy also applies to same-day bookings. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

Need to change the time of your appointment? If we're able to accommodate it, a $30 change fee will apply. If not, we may need to reduce the service or cancel the appointment.

Health & Wellness Acknowledgment

At The Sparkle Bar, your safety—and the safety of our team—is a top priority. While we continue to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, we also count on our clients to help us maintain a healthy space for everyone.

By booking and attending your appointment or event with The Sparkle Bar LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are not currently experiencing symptoms commonly associated with communicable illnesses, such as fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, chills, muscle aches, or recent loss of taste or smell.

  • You have not tested positive for COVID-19 or any other contagious illness in the last 5 days, or if you have, you are no longer contagious and have been cleared in accordance with CDC or your local public health guidelines.

  • You have not knowingly been in close contact with someone who is actively ill or contagious in the past 5 days.

  • You are choosing to receive services at your own discretion and understand there may be a risk of exposure to contagious illnesses, including but not limited to COVID-19.

  • You will communicate openly with The Sparkle Bar team and reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have been recently exposed to someone who is.

By booking your appointment, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure and release The Sparkle Bar LLC, its team, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability related to potential illness.
