Appointment Policy

Because Your Time (and Ours) Matters

At The Sparkle Bar, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to give you the full sparkle experience. Out of respect for your time—and our artists’ time—we kindly ask that you review the following:

Early & Late Appointments
Appointments scheduled before 9 AM or after 6 PM incur a $30 extended hours fee. This ensures our artists are compensated for their flexibility and is non-refundable.

Running Late?
Life happens—we understand. We offer a 10-minute grace period. After that, we may need to adjust or shorten your service, and in some cases mark the appointment as a no-show depending on time and service booked.

Deposits
To secure your spot, all appointments require a deposit (non-refundable, applied to your service total). Deposits are always required for on-location services.

Cancellations & Same-Day Changes
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
Need to reschedule the same day? A $30 change fee applies if we’re able to accommodate. If not, your appointment may be reduced or canceled.

Health & Wellness Acknowledgment

Your safety—and the safety of our team—is always a top priority. We uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and we ask that clients partner with us to maintain a healthy, welcoming space for all.

By booking and attending your appointment or event with The Sparkle Bar LLC, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You are not experiencing symptoms associated with communicable illnesses (fever, cough, sore throat, chills, body aches, loss of taste/smell, etc.).

  • You have not tested positive for COVID-19 or another contagious illness in the last 5 days—or, if you have, you are fully cleared per CDC or local health guidelines.

  • You have not knowingly been in close contact with someone actively ill in the past 5 days.

  • You are receiving services at your own discretion and understand there may be a risk of exposure to contagious illnesses.

  • You agree to openly communicate with The Sparkle Bar team and reschedule if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed.

By booking your appointment, you voluntarily assume all risks related to potential illness and release The Sparkle Bar LLC, its team, and representatives from liability.
