STRETCH LAB X THE SPARKLE BAR
We use PNF stretching known as proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. It is customized to your physical needs. It’s 100% Hands on assisted stretching to relieve tension, increase blood flow, increase range of motion, flexibility, improve sports performance and so much more! We will be offering 20 minute demo stretches in areas you feel you need if most.
